1. Introduction

By accessing or utilizing our services through the CB10 website or mobile application, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Use of Services

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have parental consent if you are under 18.
• Account Registration: You may need to create an account to use certain features of the app or website. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up-to-date.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
  • Using the services for unlawful purposes.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the services or servers/networks connected to the services.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services.
    

3. Financial Terms

• Payments are required upfront for services and are non-refundable except as specifically mentioned in these terms.

4. Sessions and Bookings

• All sessions must be scheduled in advance via our designated platforms.
• Cancellations by CB10 due to unforeseen circumstances will result in rescheduled sessions or issuance of credit notes, not refunds.
  

5. Siblings Package

• The siblings package is applicable only to direct siblings. It cannot be used across friends or extended family. CB10 reserves the right to verify sibling relationships before permitting cross-credit usage.

6. Cancellation by Participants

• Cancellations by participants must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled session to avoid losing the credit.

7. Credit Notes

• Credit notes issued are valid only within the academic year and are non-transferrable to subsequent years.

8. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available except under conditions specified herein or required by law.

9. Conduct Requirements

• Members must comply with all operational guidelines and conduct rules. Failure to comply may result in termination of membership.

10. Liability Limitations

• CB10 assumes no liability for injuries or damages resulting from participation in any activity or use of our services.
• Participants engage in all activities at their own risk.
  

11. Privacy Policy

• Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and exclusive jurisdiction resides in the competent courts of the UAE.

13. Modifications to Terms

• CB10 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.
